MCB CAMP LEJEUNE - U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment color guard present the colors at the 38th Beirut Memorial Observance Ceremony at the Lejeune Memorial Gardens in Jacksonville, North Carolina, Oct. 23, 2021. The memorial observance is held annually on Oct. 23 to remember the lives lost due to the terrorist attacks at U.S. Marine Barracks in Beirut, Lebanon and Grenada. (U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl.
