MCB CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Maj. Kenneth Jackson, Company Grade Combat Arms monitor, speaks to officers at the Manpower Management Officer Assignment road show at Paradise Point Officers' Club, aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Aug. 18, 2021. The brief was designed to give officers a better understanding of the Manpower Management selection process. The MMOA roadshow tours at many bases across the Marine Corps.
