Marines and the Ouellette family cut the ribbon with golden scissors in front of the new headqaurters building at Camp Geiger on Marine Corps Installation East – Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Aug. 31. The hall is dedicated to Cpl. Michael W. Ouellette, recifpient of the Navy Cross, for his actions during a combat patrol in the Now Zad district where an improvised explosive devise left him critically wounded.
