A Marine uses a leveling device to ensure a Meteorological Radar Subsystem is even with the ground at Marine Corps Air Station New River, N.C., Sept. 14, 2016.  The MRS, being leveled by Marines with Meteorology and Oceanography platoon, 2nd Intelligence Battalion and Marine Air Traffic Control Detachment Bravo, Marine Air Traffic Control Squadron 2, is used by forecasters to predict tropical storms and better understand cloud cover.
