JACKSONVILLE, N.C. - U.S. Marines with the color guard wait to present colors during the Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 167 change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, Dec. 9, 2022. The ceremony represented a transfer of responsibility, authority, and accountability from Lt. Col. William Powell to Lt. Col. Corey Healey.
