During her 11-year tenure as assistant chief of staff for Marine Corps Community Services, MCIEAST, Wiltgen's steadfast leadership was pivotal in navigating MCCS’s support of MCIEAST installations through major challenges to include Hurricane Florence and the COVID-19 pandemic. She was a dedicated advocate for Marines, sailors, and their families, championing several highly-successful pilot programs that directly enhanced their well-being.
