Group Visitations
Elevated security measures may affect access. All vehicles are subject to search prior to entry and while aboard the installation. Photography and videography are prohibited unless authorized by the Installation Commander. MCAS New River is a No Drone Zone per MCIEAST-MCB CAMLEJO 3710.30B.

Requests for group visits must be submitted to:

Submissions should be in letter format identifying the name of group, the purpose of the visit, requested dates of the visit, proposed itinerary or sequence of events, and if there are any special needs individuals in the group.  Potential VIPs within the group should also be identified.

Submissions must be received by the Communication Strategy & Operations Office at least 90 days prior to visit date(s).

Groups must be recognized Civic, Private, or Military Organizations. Group size should be between 10 - 45 persons.  Determination of Feasibility of Support (FOS) for group visits is based on several factors (Base Force Protection Level, availability of resources, safety/risk management, etc).  Waiver of Liability forms will be required to be signed by all approved guests.

Requests for group visits may be submitted by U.S. Postal Service delivery, hand delivery to the Base Communication Strategy & Operations Office staff located in Building 54 (Room 120), or email to the Communication Strategy & Operations Office.
